Belkyra is a special solution of deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring substance in our body. It reduces the amount of submental fat and redefines your jawline and chin without surgery. Using a particularly fine needle, we inject the solution into the chin area based on points established by a special template. After the subcutaneous injections, the process begins where the fat cells are permanently destroyed as the body naturally breaks them down. The procedure is slightly painful, so it is performed only after applying a topical anaesthetic cream that cools the skin during the procedure.
Do not shave the area for a few hours before treatment and do not use fragrances, creams or other ingredients that may cause irritation.
