Bukální masáž

Buccal massage is suitable for clients who want to improve skin quality and overall facial appearance through manual work on the muscles. It is particularly recommended for signs of tired skin, puffiness, loss of firmness or increased tension in the jaw and facial muscles.

Treatment may also suit clients who frequently clench their jaw, have tension in the cheeks or expression lines caused by muscular tension. Activating the lymphatic system also improves microcirculation and contributes to a brighter, fresher appearance.

Total treatment time is approximately 60 minutes.

Treatment begins with thorough make-up removal and skin preparation, preparing the skin for massage techniques.
This is followed by activation of the lymphatic system through gentle lymphatic facial massage, which stimulates lymph drainage, reduces swelling and prepares the tissues for deeper muscle work.

The main part of treatment is buccal facial massage, during which the therapist works on facial muscles from both outside the face and inside the mouth. This technique allows targeted relaxation and stretching of the cheek muscles, the area around the mouth and the jaw, which are often overworked. The intensity and duration of this part are always adapted to individual skin needs, muscle tension and overall tissue condition.

After massage, a regenerating maskis applied to soothe and hydrate the skin. This phase also includes LED light therapy, which can support skin regeneration, soothing and collagen stimulation.

Finally, the skin is treated with serum, cream and protective SPFto protect it and provide maximum hydration.

After treatment, the skin often has better circulation and feels fresher and more relaxed. Working on facial muscles relaxes and gently stretches them, which can visually soften expression lines and improve the overall appearance of facial contours.

Activating the lymphatic system also helps reduce puffiness and improve fluid drainage, contributing to a lighter, more rested appearance.

With regular repetition, buccal massage may contribute to better muscle relaxation and more balanced facial contours and healthier-looking skin.

Treatment is unsuitable in the following cases:

• pregnancy and breastfeeding
• acute infectious illness or fever
• active herpes or facial skin infection
• inflammation in the mouth or inflamed gums
• open wounds or facial injuries
• serious dermatological conditions
• temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders
• immediately after aesthetic procedures (e.g. fillers, botulinum toxin, threads)
• photosensitivity or medicines that increase light sensitivity (when LED therapy is used)

For optimal results, we recommend a series of four to six treatments, once a week or every 10–14 days.

To maintain results over the long term, a maintenance treatment approximately once a month is then appropriate.
