Preservation Neck Lift is an advanced surgical procedure focused on the neck area and the lower part of the face. It is based on the same principles as a facelift, respecting natural anatomy, working with deep structures and restoring both their function and appearance.
It is not only about removing excess skin. It is a comprehensive redefinition of the line between the face and the neck.
The neck is one of the areas where aging appears earliest, due to loss of elasticity, muscle laxity and the formation of a so-called “double chin.”
Preservation Neck Lift addresses these changes at their core:
• strengthens deep muscular structures
• removes excess fat tissue
• restores a sharp angle between the neck and jawline
• eliminates sagging and laxity
• improves the contour of the lower face
The result is a clean, well-defined line without transitions.
Preservation Neck Lift is ideal for clients dealing with:
• sagging of the neck
• “double chin”
• loss of jawline definition
• vertical neck bands
• blurred transition between the face and neck
It is suitable both as a complement to a facelift or as a standalone solution.
The neck lift is performed under local anesthesia, sedation or general anesthesia and takes approximately one hour. The surgeon releases the tissues, removes excess skin and fat. The incisions are closed and a compression bandage is applied to help reduce swelling and support healing.
• Immediately after the procedure: The patient usually leaves for home care.
• First days: Swelling and bruising may occur and usually subside within 10 to 14 days. These symptoms are normal and typically improve within the first few days.
• Return to normal activities: Usually after 10 to 14 days.
• Full recovery: Within 4 to 6 weeks, once swelling completely subsides.
• Scars: Fine and well hidden in natural skin folds.
• Temporary reduced sensitivity in the neck area.
• Scarring (usually fine and discreet).
• Infection, hematomas or other complications associated with surgical procedures.
