The laser works in two modes: operative and fractional.
In operative mode we use it to remove various superficial spots, growths, age warts, viral warts, etc., in fractional mode it is used for so-called ablation - abrasion of the skin. Often during the examination of "signs" we find out that it is a growth or a so-called age wart. After the dermoscopic examination, we decide whether the lesion in question needs to be removed from a medical point of view or whether the patient wants it removed for aesthetic reasons. Laser removal is ideal. Classic moles - pigmented nevi - cannot be removed with a laser. We select them only surgically and with a subsequent histological examination.
