| * Vašu rezerváciu je možné bezplatne zrušiť najneskôr 24 hodín pred termínom. V prípade zrušenia rezervácie menej ako 24 hodín pred termínom si dovoľujeme zaslať Vám faktúru na úhradu storno poplatku vo výške 30 €. V prípade nezrušenia termínu a nedostavenia sa naň Vám bude účtovaný storno poplatok vo výške 50 €. Novú rezerváciu Vám budeme môcť poskytnúť až po úhrade storno poplatku. Ďakujeme za pochopenie. |
| * Darčekové poukážky a balíčky ošetrení sú platné po dobu 12 mesiacov od dátumu zakúpenia. Po uplynutí tejto doby strácajú svoju platnosť a nie je možné ich uplatniť. Darčekové poukážky a permanentky sú považované za platidlo a nie je možné vymeniť ich za finančnú hotovosť. |

* Pri ošetreniach estetickej dermatológie a laserovej medicíny, kde je pre komfort pacienta nevyhnutné použitie anestetika, aplikujeme v cene zákroku štandardný lidokainový krém. Pre klientov so zvýšenou citlivosťou alebo v prípade požiadavky na maximálne pohodlie a bezbolestnosť zákroku ponúkame za príplatok špeciálny anestetický prípravok s obsahom lidokainu a tetrakaínu. Tento prípravok zabezpečuje takmer úplne bezbolestný priebeh zákroku a jeho účinok pretrváva ešte niekoľko hodín po ošetrení.

Konzultácia je spoplatnená nezávisle od následnej realizácie zákroku, teda aj keď sa klient rozhodne zákrok nepodstúpiť alebo ho lekár na základe svojho odborného posúdenia neodporučí vykonať.
